FAQ's

What materials are the rugs/wall hangings made of?

I always make rugs out of wool. It's superior to acrylic or other synthetic fibres because it's inherently elastic and durable, so it resists crushing down. Wool is naturally warm, flame resistant and helps reduce static electricity in cold, dry weather.

The wall hangings are predominantly wool and cotton. There may be some wool/ synthetic blend fibres that add a lot of texture. I also use linen and banana silk fibres in some pieces.

What is your return policy?

All items are final sale. If you need more information or photos, please get in touch before you purchase. I am happy to answer any inquiries.

Do you offer shipping?

Currently, if you live in the Vancouver - Whistler corridor we can organize a pick up. For shipping, please contact me and we can figure something out.

Am I able to see something in person before I buy?

If you're able to come to me in Vancouver to see a specific rug, we can arrange it.

Can I wash the rugs/ wall hangings?

Spot cleaning only is recommended. If you wash the rug it will ruin the glue on the back of the piece.

Will the rugs fade in direct sunlight?

Over time, a rug or wall hanging will fade if it's exposed to direct sunlight. If possible, display your piece in a spot where the light is diffuse.

Do you do commissions?

If you are interested in a commission, please contact me to discuss!

Thank you!
